Media Juster Contextual Menu and Setup Application for Mac OS X

Media Juster Setup application

Media Juster Setup application installed in your Applications folder is used to change option of the contextual menu and other Media Juster* tools.

Depending on the type of file you control-click on or right click on above the menu will change.

The Launch menu list all application in your Recent Items menu, to increase the number of item in this menu, use the General Settings panel in the System Preferences.... We recommend 15-25 items, Apple's default is 5.

Image menu uses the defaults setting or the setting defined in the Conversion settings. By default format is JPEG.

Image conversion Set default format with setup program. then Control click on image(s) and select Image Tools->Convert

Movie conversion Set default format with setup program (note settings VR requires VR Movies). then Control click on movie(s) and select options from the Movie Tools sub-menu. I may change this to have VR a separate settings group, your feedback is requested.

Sound conversion Set default format with setup program (note settings VR requires VR Movies). then Control click on Movie or Sound file(s) and select options from the Sound Tools sub menu or Movie Tools sub-menu.

rename

When working with large number of file, you often want to rename them in a sequence or add a prefix or suffix to the name. This is what Media Juster Contextual menu rename option does for you.

menus

To optimize the contextual menu, you can disable features of Media Juster Contextual menu. Turn off Sound and Movies if you do not use them. This will shorten the menu and speed up the displaying of the menu.

Console has a log of any errors and if selected a log of the operations executed by Media Juster contextual menu.

Media Juster is Shareware $25.00 as a result, when you first use Media Juster it will display the follow disalog.

After 30 days, if you do not register Media Juster will display the following dialog and only function on one item at a time.

If you open the console, the console log file will also remind you to register Media Juster.

* Other tools will be release when testing is complete.
